To create Snow Effect

• Snow simulates falling snow or confetti. The snow system is similar to spray -- there are additional parameters to generate tumbling snowflakes, and different rendering options.

• click on the Snow button

• set 1000 to view port count
  

• set 1000 to render count

• type 50 to animation control

• select the perspective viewport and click on the Quick Render to view the snow:
