How to use Arc Rotate

To use Arc Rotate

• Use Arc Rotate to rotate your viewpoint around your view.
  

• Here is the cylinder before rotating.

• then click on the Arc Rotate

the viewport will show a view rotation trackball.

• Drag the mouse on and around the trackball. This produces different types of view rotations.
